1. What is Livlo?

Livlo is an international consulting agency that helps professionals and students from all over the world to move here in London to work or study.

2. What's the opening time?

Livlo is open to the public from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 19:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 13:00 pm. You can always contact us by email or in direct on the various social networks.

3. Where is the office?

The head office is located in London Bridge but we have branches throughout the city of London. We prefer, however, to meet our customers by setting up appointments in order to give the necessary and equally time to all our clients in order to avoid unnecessary queues.

4. How to schedule an appointment?

To schedule an appointment with one of our tutors, just write us in direct on social networks, send an email or contact us using the phone numbers you find on our
contact page.

5. What happens if I am not satisfied with the service provided?

Livlo implements a “satisfied or reimbursed” policy. So, if our client is not satisfied with the service we provide, he will get a full refund of the payment made.

6. Do you guarantee a job?

We help you finding a job, but you will be the one doing the interviews. If the company believes that you are eligible then you will be hired and we will check that all the documents are right and in accordance with the law. We cannot guarantee the hiring since the company is not managed by us.

7. Do you guarantee an accommodation?

Absolutely! Based on your budget, we look for the best solution. We manage various properties throughout London and you decide where you want to stay. In addition, we collaborate with the most important and trusted real estate agencies in the city so we offer you a wide range of opportunities: single or double rooms, entire apartments, houses, studios, two-room apartments, etc.

8. How do I choose the room?

Livlo offers a wide range of opportunities when it comes to accommodation and the customer will choose. Photos will be sent, an overall video of the accommodation and a video call will be organized inside the building before the booking. The money transfer will be retained by Livlo until the day of check in, to ensure that there are no surprises or scams.

9. How does it work with the English course?

Livlo offers the possibility to customize the English course, based on the timing and logistic needs of our customers. In addition, our customers will have the opportunity to access our online platform, so that they can study and practice comfortably even from home. However, our customers will first have to pass an English test, in order to understand the level of knowledge of the language. They will then be supported by a personal tutor and at the end of the course, after they pass final test, they will obtain the Cambridge English certificate.

10. Do you provide the NIN? (National Insurance Number)

Livlo organizes the appointment with the Jobcentre to obtain the NIN.

The NIN (National Insurance Number) is the identification number of workers in the United Kingdom. Without NIN, it is not possible to get a job or open a bank account. For this reason it is very important to get it quickly. This service is offered free to all our customers.

11. Do you provide the GP? (General Practitioner: General Practitioner)

When you move to another country, one of the first things we recommend doing is registering with the primary care physician, and one of the team members will arrange the appointment.

12. Do you open a bank account?

Most companies in the UK pay their workers via bank transfers, in a very safe and functional way. For this reason Livlo assists clients in opening a bank account in the UK and advises them which documents they need to take with them in order to reduce bureaucratic time.

13. How does it work with the deposit?

Livlo offers the possibility to choose the amount of the deposit that will be used as security for the chosen accommodation:

  • 2 weeks
  • 4 weeks
  • 6 weeks

Livlo will then make sure that the deposit paid will be refunded by the end of the rental agreement.

14. How does it work with payment?

Once you have chosen one or more packages, simply pay it by bank transfer to the data provided by Livlo and the remaining part once you arrive in the city.
